Our services

  • FPES offer four (4) distinctive pre-employment solutions, tailorable to organisations of any size and in any location around Australia.

    • Advanced Musculoskeletal Screen
This is our most comprehensive ‘hands on’ physical examination and includes a pre-screening questionnaire. FPES Physiotherapists conduct an extensive assessment of all key anatomical sites, identifying active pathologies and mitigating risk for medium to heavy-duty roles.

Including psychological questioning and the K-10 assessment, you will receive an electronic suitability report immediately following the physical examination, highlighting any physical and psychological risks.

    • Psychosocial Risk Assessment
Employers have a responsibility to mitigate the risk of psychological harm, and placing high-risk candidates into roles with high psychosocial risk ratings can create serious safety concerns—both for the candidate and the organisation.
Our FPES Psychology Risk Assessment is your solution, identifying candidates who may be at high psychosocial risk, ensuring they’re perfectly suited for the positions they’re applying for.
This tailored online assessment includes the K-10, DAAS, and targeted social, psychological health and psychosocial questions to accurately gauge each candidate’s risk level—empowering you to make safer, more informed hiring decisions.

    • Medequest® questionnaire
The Medequest® questionnaire is a comprehensive online medical screening offering fast, cost-effective solutions for light-duty roles, leveraging scientific data to provide immediate suitability insights.
Medequest® is a scientifically, evidence based musculoskeletal software application developed by FPES to offer a cost effective, evidence-based solution to employers.
We offer round-the-clock, global applicant screening—24/7, from anywhere in the world, ensuring you never miss the perfect candidate!
